Lesson Delivery and Technology
All live lessons are delivered online via TutorCruncher or another approved platform.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:

The correct software installed and operational
StudyVista is not responsible for technical issues caused by a customer’s device, software, or internet connection.
Lesson Recording
For safeguarding and quality assurance, lessons may be recorded.
Recordings are securely stored for up to six (6) months and then deleted unless required for safeguarding or legal purposes.
By booking services, you consent to recording in accordance with our Safeguarding and Data Protection Policies.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by StudyVista - including lesson materials, downloadable resources, videos, and website content - is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Customers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for private study only.
Copying, distributing, sharing, or reselling our materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
