By placing an order with StudyVista, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our services.

Services We Provide

We offer online educational services, including:

Live tutoring (1-to-1 and group sessions) via Microsoft Teams or other approved platforms.
Digital products, including downloadable learning materials and exam preparation packages.
Summer programmes, delivered online through live classes and/or pre-recorded content.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf.
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed clearly on our website and include applicable taxes, where relevant.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by later price changes.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase, processed securely via our payment gateway.
Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and any other options listed at checkout.
StudyVista does not store full card details. All transactions are processed securely by trusted third-party providers.

Booking and Order Process

A. Tutoring Services

Select your chosen service (e.g., 1-to-1 session, group class, or package).
Complete the checkout process and payment.
You will receive an email confirmation including:
- Booking details
- Session access link (where applicable)
- Preparation or study materials (if relevant)

B. Digital Products
After successful payment, you will receive instant access to your digital product via email or secure download link.

Lesson Delivery and Technology

All live lessons are delivered online via TutorCruncher or another approved platform.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:

A suitable device with camera and microphone
Stable internet connection
The correct software installed and operational

StudyVista is not responsible for technical issues caused by a customer’s device, software, or internet connection.

Lesson Recording

For safeguarding and quality assurance, lessons may be recorded.
Recordings are securely stored for up to six (6) months and then deleted unless required for safeguarding or legal purposes.
By booking services, you consent to recording in accordance with our Safeguarding and Data Protection Policies.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by StudyVista - including lesson materials, downloadable resources, videos, and website content - is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Customers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for private study only.
Copying, distributing, sharing, or reselling our materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct

All users must comply with:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
