Referral Reward Policy

Introduction
Welcome to StudyVista Education Limited (“StudyVista”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
This Tutor Referral Scheme Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms governing our referral rewards programme for registered StudyVista tutors (“you”, “your”). By participating in the referral scheme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.
Purpose of the Scheme
The Referral Scheme is designed to reward tutors who introduce new students to StudyVista. Rewards are issued only when referred students meet the qualifying criteria set out in this Policy.
Eligibility
To participate, you must:

Be an active, approved StudyVista tutor.

Be in good standing with no outstanding compliance issues.

Refer students who are entirely new to StudyVista (not previously registered, contacted, or known to us).
StudyVista may verify eligibility before issuing rewards.
What Counts as a Valid Referral
A referral is valid when the following conditions are met:

The referred individual has agreed to be contacted by StudyVista (for GDPR compliance).

The individual signs up for tutoring through StudyVista.
-
The student completes the required number of paid sessions to reach a reward milestone.
Sessions completed using free trials, promotions, or discounted introductory offers do not count unless expressly stated.
Cash Rewards
Tutors have the chance to earn up to £20 per student referred, depending on the number of sessions the student completes. The minimum number of lessons a student must complete to qualify is 3 sessions. As a general guide:

3 lessons = £5 reward

6 lessons = £10 reward

10 lessons = £20 reward
Rewards are processed in the next monthly payment cycle after session completion is verified. StudyVista reserves the right to amend reward values with notice (see Policy Updates).
Referral Process
To make a referral, tutors may:

Share the individual’s contact details with StudyVista only after obtaining their explicit consent, or
-
Ask the individual to contact StudyVista directly and mention the tutor’s name.
This ensures compliance with UK GDPR and data protection legislation.
Exclusions and Misuse
StudyVista may withhold or cancel rewards where:

A referral is found to be fraudulent, ineligible, or duplicated

The student fails to complete qualifying sessions

There is evidence of scheme manipulation or misuse

The tutor is no longer active or in good standing at the time of reward issuance
StudyVista’s decision on reward eligibility is final.
Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data collected through referrals is processed in accordance with:

Tutors must ensure that individuals consent to being contacted before sharing personal details with StudyVista.
Liability
StudyVista is not liable for:

Technical issues preventing a referred student from completing sessions

A referred student’s decision not to continue lessons

Any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the referral scheme
Our total liability is limited to the value of rewards already earned under this Policy.
Complaints and Queries
Any concerns related to the Referral Scheme should be directed to StudyVista in accordance with our Complaints & Disputes Policy. We will aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under this Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Policy Updates
StudyVista Education Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate the Referral Scheme at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and take effect immediately unless stated otherwise. Referrals already in progress will be honoured under the terms active at the time the referral was made.
