By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Individual students and parents/guardians booking tuition or educational content.

Tutors, contractors, or partners providing educational services on behalf of StudyVista Education.
Eligibility

Our services are designed for students aged 4 years and above.

Students under 18 years must have a parent or legal guardian accept these Terms and supervise lesson participation.

Tutors must have the legal right to work in the UK and provide valid safeguarding documentation, including an enhanced DBS check where required.
Services Provided
We provide online educational services, including but not limited to:

1-to-1 Tuition: Personalised sessions tailored to individual learning goals.

Group Tuition: Collaborative online classes with multiple students.

Exam Packages and Digital Content: Downloadable study materials, resources, and pre-recorded lessons.

Summer Programmes: Structured online programmes for intensive study.
All services are delivered online via our platform or approved third-party video conferencing tools.
StudyVista reserves the right to update or modify the range of services at any time without prior notice.
Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made via our official website or authorised channels.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are clearly displayed on our website and include applicable taxes where relevant.

We reserve the right to change prices, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent changes.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and other options displayed at checkout.
All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. StudyVista does not store full card detailsand complies with applicable PCI-DSS standards.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund procedures are outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Key points include:

Cancellations by students must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund or reschedule.

Missed sessions without prior notice (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Refunds for digital content and exam packages are available only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.

Code of Conduct
All users (students, parents, and tutors) agree to:

Treat all participants with respect and courtesy.

Follow all Safeguarding, Online Safety, and Behavioural guidelines.

Not record, redistribute, or misuse lesson content, materials, or communications.
StudyVista reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in cases of misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or breaches of policy.
Safeguarding and Child Protection
StudyVista is committed to maintaining the safety and welfare of all learners.

All tutors and staff undergo appropriate safeguarding checks.

Any safeguarding concerns will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with UK safeguarding law.

Parents or guardians must supervise children under 18 during online sessions.

Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, videos, documents, digital resources, and website content are the intellectual property of StudyVista Education Limited or its licensors.
Users are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for private, educational use only.
Reproduction, distribution, sale, or public sharing of materials without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

StudyVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, income, or reputation.

While every effort is made to provide quality tuition, StudyVista does not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes.

Users are responsible for maintaining their own devices, internet connection, and access to necessary software.
StudyVista’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be raised in accordance with our Complaints & Disputes Policy.
We aim to resolve issues promptly, fairly, and informally in the first instance.
If resolution cannot be achieved internally, disputes shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
